Situated on a prominent three-acre parcel adjacent to both Swarthmore University and the SEPTA transit station (which provides transit access to downtown Philadelphia), SHG’s redevelopment proposal in historic downtown Swarthmore, PA has been selected as a finalist bid through a public RFQ/RFP.

In redeveloping a surface parking lot, our team seeks to combine a number of varied uses in a town-center format. The uses will include 120 residential units, a 55-room boutique hotel, a 300-stall parking deck, a 4,000 square foot, high-profile restaurant, and a half-acre public plaza. Total market value of the project is estimated at $40 million.
