After a competitive RFP process, SHG was selected by
the City of Hoboken to redevelop the City’s one-acre public works
garage site (PWGS), located along the Observer Highway, within five
blocks of the NJ Transit rail and PATH stations. The project encompasses
240 residential units, roughly 8,000 square feet of retail space, and
180 parking spaces located in a parking structure that will be partially
above grade and partially below grade. The project will also include
a public art studio.
In accordance with all SHG projects, design – both exterior and
interior – will set a new standard for the Hoboken submarket.
The estimated value of the project exceeds $150 million. |
