Located on three acres immediately adjacent to the Cranford NJ Transit rail station, the Riverfront Redevelopment Project was awarded to SHG on a competitive RFQ/RFP basis.

An upscale redevelopment will supplement the thriving downtown with approximately 15,000 square feet of street-level retail, 150 residential flat units, 17 townhomes, and a 300-stall parking deck. The retail space is anticipated to include a small gourmet grocer based out of New York City, a high-profile restaurant, and the Cranford Arts Center. The residential units will be highly finished, with a fitness center, club room, and concierge. Total market value of the project is estimated at $75 million.
